Start Project Lose LBS
Hello and thank you for taking time to read and follow my blog. I am a very overweight 41 year old woman and am looking to tackle this issue. I have tried many diets in the past and know that cutting my calorie intake and exercise are the only real ways to do this. I love to eat, so this will be difficult.
