And... We start again!!!

Hi Gang,

It seems like every day is a well here we go again type of day. My willpower is for crap! Every day I have to start new like it's the first day of a new diet because the day before ended so horribly. This morning I'm going to have a shake for breakfast and hope that I can finish strong today.
It is so difficult to be home all day and have food just around the corner, in the kitchen. My weight is going up-and-down faster than a teeter totter her and it is getting frustrating. However, I understand it's my own fault by giving into my temptations each and every day. So today I start fresh and new like I do every day, wish me luck and say a prayer for me please.

Helluva week...

Hi Gang,

I am not very happy with this weight I am carrying around.  With that in mind, I don't know why it is so difficult to stay on any kind of track.  My mind is just empty when it comes to healthy food.  I always feel like there is nothing healthy around, so I just grab whatever there is to make/eat and it is usually something horrible for me.  Like today, I had a protein shake, just waiting for me to drink, yet instead I made myself a bowl of Crispex, just so I can finish off the box and throw the box away.  Does that make sense?  No?  Well, those are the thoughts of a fatty, who doesn't want to comiit (even though I really really want to).  What kind of crazy am I?  If you have any "kind" and/or "inspiring" thoughts on this, please let me know!

Doctor's are your friends

Well hello !

Today I had a couple doctor appointments.  I found, I need to start wearing glasses and when I went to the general practitioner, he said that everything was good (except, my weight, of course).  Now don't get me wrong, they didn't get on me about my weight, as they already know that I know I am a fat girl.  They always try to help and were so excited that I had lost 7 Lbs, since I had last been there.  He did tell me that I needed to add benefiber into my daily routine and drink lot's of water.  So tomorrow, I will be making my way to the store to buy some fiber!  I'll let you know how it goes!

Hi Supporters,

Thank you again for visiting me today. As you know I have yo-yo dieted for years. This is literally the first time I have asked for your support. I know I can't do it alone. Please subscribe and feel free to give me your honest (yet constructive and kind advice). I am sure you are not interested in everything I eat, but I will post random meals on here so you can tell me what is the good, bad and ugly about my diet. When I use the word diet, it will mean what goes in my body, not diet to get skinny. I am not looking to get skinny. I have never been thin and I know it is unrealistic and would be just as unhealthy for me. I am looking to get and be healthy!!! So with that said this is my breakfast this morning.

Back on the Horse

Hi Supporters,

I recently tried hypnosis for weight loss and hopefully that will cut down on my need to snack and eat sweets and lots of carbs all the time. Here's a new picture of me straight out of bed this morning.


I bought the sweatshirt in a 2XL, on purpose so it would fit snug. I will continue to take pictures in the same sweatshirt and hopefully see some differences. Keep in mind this is brand-new and has not been washed yet. Well thanks for sticking with me and we will talk again tomorrow. 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
